In 1998, Mr. Alec completed internal structure development of high-speed dome based on innovation in dome device and many years of experience in security and CCTV systems since 1987. Actiontop was registered in Hong Kong in 1999, with a factory affiliated in Shenzhen of China under the name of Actiontop Electronics (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd.
